Today, the startup has seven employees, who in just four months have already secured and are working on more than 10 projects. The team plans to expand in the coming months to grow its customer base. With over 10 years of experience working in the sales department of a large corporation, Bakhtiyar Khankhadjaev has mastered the best sales techniques and practices, which has allowed him to successfully work with clients in Central Asian countries such as Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan, establish long-term relationships, and, as a result, strike out on his own by launching his own business project focused on the integration and implementation of comprehensive solutions in the field of IT technologies and IT outsourcing.

The entire technical side is managed by an expert with 20 years of experience in the IT field. Before joining the team, he worked for one of the largest integrators in Uzbekistan. He was directly involved in the implementation of major national projects, such as the creation of the National Geoinformation System of the Cadastre of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the project to modernize the cadastre and land property registration system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the project of the National Library of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

All of the company’s operations are managed by a specialist who worked at IBM for nine years. He brings all of his experience and best management practices to the development of the company.
